The Experience Dilemma
A simple story with an animated video scenario and follow up questions to reinforce learning.
This module was created as an example for ICOET 2025 where I was part of a panel presentation. I used Instructional Story Design as the model to create a story about two ecologists who are caught in a dilemma regarding training and experience for subcontractors. It might not sound all that exciting, but think you'll enjoy the end result.
